I naturally brought this approach—of seeking out what lies beyond the well-trodden path—into my photography. Not to do things differently, but because I don't know how to do it any other way.

Before settling in Provence, I lived in Germany for several years. In the meantime, Iceland, Norway, Polynesia, Taiwan, and other stops along the way have shaped my perspective and my love for unexpected horizons.
This journey has given me something that very few wedding photographers in Provence can offer: I am fluent in French, English, and German.
This means that I understand your cultural references, that I grasp the nuances of your interactions with your loved ones, and that I communicate with each of your guests without any filters or awkwardness.

Start of the journey
It all starts with a few lines on the form: your project, your date, and what brought you here. I’ll reply by email within 48 hours, along with a text message to make sure my reply doesn’t end up in your spam folder. We’ll meet for coffee or online—no matter where you are in the world.
We’ll get to know each other, talk about your story, and discuss what you hope to experience on your wedding day. From there, we’ll work together to create a preliminary itinerary. I’ll draw on my experience to help you plan a day that flows naturally—thoughtfully crafted down to the smallest details, but without overwhelming you. I’m not just your photographer; I’m also a partner in this journey—a calm presence with a somewhat unpredictable sense of humor.
Before the big day, there are two stops: a photo shoot at a location that holds special meaning for you, to take a breather amid the preparations and get comfortable in front of my camera. And for brides-to-be who want to surprise their groom, a boudoir session can be arranged in complete discretion.
A few days before your wedding, we’ll go over the schedule together so that on the big day, you’ll be relaxed and ready to enjoy the moment. That way, you’ll have only one thing on your mind: enjoying the day.

On the big day, your only goal is to enjoy yourself. Mine is to lead the expedition—well-prepared, yet always ready to veer off the beaten path. Sometimes right in the thick of the action among your loved ones, other times stepping back, invisible, on the lookout. I adapt to the energy of the moment: documentary-style when spontaneity speaks for itself, and hands-on when I spot a light, a composition, or an opportunity that won’t last.
Between the candid moments of connection and the portraits staged like paintings, there’s room for the unexpected. Sometimes I’ll take you aside for ten minutes—not for another pose, but to create something we haven’t tried yet.
As the quiet guardian of the schedule, I make sure the day runs smoothly without ever burdening you with it. Prepared for any situation, you don't have to worry about whether the photos will get taken—they will. All you have to do is enjoy yourself.

The Vaucluse hides its hilltop villages and dry-stone bastides in the folds of the Luberon, like so many secrets waiting to be discovered.
