Get away together, come back transformed

Elopement Photographer Elopement Provence and Europe

Where will the journey take us?

No grand ballroom, no endless guest list. A way to say “I do” that’s just like you: intimate, wild, somewhere in the world. A whole day just for the two of you, with complete freedom to explore

A little confession

I’m a lousy tourist. Traveling in a group means traveling at the pace of compromise: the beach instead of hiking, the international buffet instead of local cuisine—none of that is really my thing. Even back in my Erasmus days, I’d skip out on the students coming back from a night out to head into the mountains at the crack of dawn.

From Kraków, I was heading to the Tatra Mountains, and a hike had sparked my desire to push beyond everything I had accomplished so far. It was a long, physically demanding trek, but I wanted to experience the sunrise over Lake Morskie Oko after crossing the Valley of Five Lakes the day before.

Twenty kilometers later, completely exhausted, I finally reached the lake just as the sun was setting. The next day, at dawn, I enjoyed an unparalleled sense of peace by the lake, delighted that I hadn’t let loneliness or doubts about my abilities hold me back. What I realized that morning by the lake is that the best moments aren’t planned by a committee. They happen when you allow yourself to go where no one is expecting you.

I see this same sense of clarity in some couples. When they talk to meelopement, I don’t see it as a default choice; I see it as a matter of consistency. The consistency of people who have learned not to do things simply because they’re expected to, but because they make sense. I’ve seen them feel guilty for not wanting a big celebration, almost apologizing for preferring an intimate setting. As if choosing otherwise were an admission of something.

That's not what I see. I see people who know exactly what they want and have the courage to go for it.

Your wedding as an adventure

The day before, maybe you’ll lace up your hiking boots and pack your backpack. Or maybe you’ll pop open a bottle at an inn that smells of stone and lavender. No matter the route, what matters is that you chose it yourself.

The next morning, no strict schedule, no venue to vacate by midnight. Just the place you chose for its special meaning, your vows exchanged before something greater than yourselves. The officiant, the florist, the itinerary: everything has been planned in advance so that you have only one thing to do on that day. To be there for each other, nestled in the heart of a place that reflects who you are.

All while being accompanied by someone who knows the way, has a thermos, and knows exactly what to do when the light changes or when plans change.

No need to overreact or panic if the sky clouds over or the schedule gets thrown off track. We’re there to adapt, observe, and anticipate—and we always set off on the next adventure with the same energy we had at the start. You don’t have to wonder if everything will turn out okay. You already know it will.

Are you ready to conquer your wedding?

Adventure awaits—full of twists and turns and unknown paths—so grab your guidebook and let’s set out on our journey.

Start of the journey

It all starts with a few lines on the form: your project, your goals, and what brought you here. I’ll get back to you within 48 hours via email, along with a text message. Then we’ll meet up for a coffee or connect online, no matter where you are in the world.

We’ll get to know each other, talk about what you’d like to experience, and discuss the places that appeal to you. From there, we’ll work together to sketch out a rough plan: the country, the region, the specific location. A roadmap begins to take shape.

I’m offering my expertise to help turn this rough idea into a concrete plan: a mood board to set the tone, suggestions for finding vendors (officiant, florist, lodging), and ideas for activities to make your elopement true adventure—not just a ceremony. While I’m not a wedding planner, I’ve explored enough trails and villages to know where to look.

A few days before your elopement, we’ll go over the plan together so that on the big day, you’ll be relaxed and ready to enjoy the moment. That way, you’ll have only one thing on your mind: enjoying the moment.

The Big Day

On the big day, the day is yours to enjoy. No minute-by-minute schedule, no rigid routine. We had made plans, but the rain had other ideas: we take shelter, wait for the shower to pass, and order something hot to eat. The unexpected is all part of the journey.

The preparations, a "first look" that belongs only to the two of you, your vows exchanged against the vast backdrop, and your couple photos taken in the heart of the landscape you’ve chosen: each moment unfolds at its own pace, without anyone rushing you.

There’s something special about an elopement you’re not being watched by a hundred people, but by just one person you’ve chosen. That’s my role on that day—to be fully present, with enough distance to capture what’s happening between you, and enough presence to make you feel supported, but never watched.

Sometimes in the background, invisible, waiting for that spontaneous moment. Sometimes active, when the light changes and you have to seize the moment before it’s gone. And in between, a quiet certainty: you are exactly where you need to be.

What happens next?

Your photos are on their way—but they’re not coming alone. Gallery delivery is a ritual I’ve created to help you relive your day in all its intensity. The moments you missed, the ones you’d forgotten, the emotions that come flooding back without warning.

Because your photos deserve better than a hard drive at the bottom of a backpack, I’ll help you find the perfect home for them. The travel journal album, designed like a traveling artist’s sketchbook—raw yet elegant—is meant to tell the story of an adventure rather than a formal occasion.

The rest is up to you. Your honeymoon awaits, and with it, the chance for a portrait shoot atop the Dolomites, on a catamaran in Greece, or wherever your adventure takes you. And if our paths cross again—whether on a trip, a stopover, or a new destination—I’d be delighted to meet you there.

Because being your photographer is more than just a service. It’s a lasting connection, stories shared, and moments celebrated with joy all around the world.

My Promise

If the thought of getting your dress dirty or ruining your shoes on a trail keeps you up at night, we’re probably not on the same page.

On the other hand, if you’re looking for someone who can turn a rainstorm into dramatic lighting, an unexpected detour into stunning photos, and who puts as much energy and creativity into your day as you did into deciding to experience it differently—we’ll get along just fine.

Welcome, the adventure begins here.
